How to change an EIDR record status from "in development" to "valid"?

EIDR allows its members to create show records before a show's initial release.  

Glossary

• If a record is created with an "in development" status, only EIDR members can view the record.
• If a record is created with a "valid" status, the world wide web can view the record.

Steps
To transition an EIDR show record's status from from "in development" to "valid":

1. Navigate to the record
2. Do not click the "modify" link
3. Click the "promote" link
